Non-discrimination
ESI declaration of non-discrimination
ESI declares that discrimination must always be prevented. ESI is committed to protecting personnel, students and guests from discrimination.
Discrimination means: make a direct or indirect distinction between people on the basis of age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, beliefs in life, politics or religion, race, ethnic origin or nationality.
ESI promotes the enrichment and development of all by ensuring that the personal characteristics or ethnic-cultural background of each do not hinder it.
ESI wants to create a safe environment, avoiding behaviors that have the purpose or effect of undermining the dignity of a person or creating a threat.
Particular attention is paid to cultural diversity and the prevention of discrimination.
During the staff recruitment process, job seekers are treated equally and are evaluated on professional criteria only.
